I finally had central heating installed in my SW19 flat and decided to go with Glowarm because of the excellent reviews they had online. I was not let down. They were very professional leading up to the installation, sending reminders when they would turn up. I needed the system installed quite quickly, within 2 days, and they managed that no problem. During the installation I had a couple of queries so I sent

an email to the installation manager, Barry Lundie. I received replies within 30 mins. After the job had been completed, a small issue came up linked to the washing machine and the piping connected to it, which had been disrupted during the installation. They came round immediately to sort this out, 2 days after the job had been completed. I recommend Glowarm unreservedly. Francis

Mr Lundie junior explained everything carefully to mum and the work was carried out professionally and well within the estimated time, by experienced workmen who were competent, tidy and respectful. "I had a warranty for my old boiler which was over 10 years old which had been serviced by Glowwarm for a number of years. All prior services and repair work carried out by Glowwarm with no problems whatsoever. And I guess my old boiler had seen better days, so upon a standard repair I was made aware it was no longer cost-effective. The old boiler was in a built-in cupboard, which I was worried about in regards to the new boiler being able to fit in it.
